I love the way I feel after Tanya's bootcamp class! I've tried to motivate myself by running or going to the gym, but I never pushed myself as hard as I could. Tanya's bootcamps are fun and energetic. I enjoy the team environment, but still feel as though I'm getting the benefits of having a personal trainer to push me that extra rep, or extra 100 yards. After just a few short weeks I could tell that my energy level had increased, my legs and arms were toning and I was feeling so much better about myself. After 8 months of bootcamp, I don't remember what life was like before it!

I've been doing boot camps for almost a year now, and have noticed a difference not only in athletics, but also in my day-to-day activities. Tanyas boot camp is the best! No frills, no make-up, just hard-core workout and Tanya makes sure you work at YOUR appropriate level. Its the greatest way to prepare for golf season. Boot camp helped me by increasing my stamina, increasing my core strength and flexibility as well as getting rid of arm flab! Besides the many other benefits too numerous to mention! Plus you dont need tons of equipment and you can learn exercises that you can take anywhere!

I started the 5:30am boot camp with Tanya 9 months ago. Prior to boot camp I was doing very little cardio exercise and I decided it was time to make a change. After six weeks of boot camp I challenged myself and ran my first 5k race and finished in less than 28 minutes. 7 months later I ran my first ½ marathon. Physique Boot Camp has made me stronger and faster than I ever expected. Ive shed 15 pounds, dropped a clothes size, gained muscle and definition in my body and reduced my body fat by 10%. "I joined this camp because I really needed to strengthen my body. I'm 41 and my knees have been in pain for the past couple of years. I play in an adult soccer league and have been relying on that as my main source of exercise until my PT told me
that I truly needed to do something to strengthen my quads and hamstrings if I wanted my knees to get better. It all made sense to me, but I wasn't sure it would do the trick. I have been participating in Boot Camp with Tanya since April, 2010. Prior to that time, I tried using home DVD's, Wii Fit, joining other fitness centers and taking a variety of fitness classes. Physique Boot Camp is the only program that has helped me achieve success! I have lost weight, toned, and improved my strength. In general, I feel heathier and stronger. The motivation, comraderie and support provided from Tanya and other members of the group, have helped me attend on a regular basis: at 5:30 AM!
